There was now no stopping him!
The Spicy Salsa was created AND only produced at Christmas time.
The demands then grew and grew from family, friends, neighbours and school teachers who were soon armed with their pitchforks in hand, yelling and BEGGING for more, as they couldn't get enough.
It was only a matter of time that The Knife Guy succumbed to the pressure of the 'Salsa-Starved' mob and started another little business.
S T O U T I E S was born and he thought;
"Why did I never do this earlier?!"
Well....what can we say, you can learn a lot from a 'Salsa-Starved' mob!

Stouties produces fresh produce from local suppliers in Perth, Western Australia. Even the spices are fresh. None of these ‘bottom of the drawer’ tomatoes, which have that floury taste; gross!
We want to give our customers crisp, crunchy, and delicious fresh vegetables. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and prove that Salsa is best chunky! pickles don’t always come in a green or red variety.
